Tenant Affiliates Terms & Conditions

1. Program eligibility

You may only join the affiliate program if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and if the program is available for your country or account type.

2. Application and approval

Affiliate applications may require email OTP verification and, in some cases, manual approval. We may accept or decline applications based on program rules, country availability, compliance checks, or system settings.

• You must provide accurate application information.
• An approval is not guaranteed simply by submitting the form.

3. Referral tracking

Approved referrals are attributed using referral links, referral codes, cookies, or other tracking methods configured by Tenant. Attribution may fail if a user blocks cookies, clears sessions, or uses an unsupported flow.

4. Promotional conduct

You agree to promote Tenant honestly, respectfully, and in a way that follows the law and these terms. You must not misrepresent Tenant, promise unauthorized benefits, or use spammy or deceptive tactics.

• Do not send spam or deceptive messages.
• Do not bid on Tenant brand terms if prohibited by policy or law.
• Do not claim commissions that are not confirmed in the dashboard.

5. Commissions and payouts

Commission amounts, approval rules, and payout timing are controlled by the affiliate settings shown in the app. We may delay, reverse, or withhold commissions where a referral is fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or otherwise disqualified.

• Only approved and eligible conversions may earn commission.
• Payouts may require identity, tax, or payout details.

6. Brand and intellectual property use

You may only use Tenant logos, marks, screenshots, or promotional assets in ways that are allowed by the program and that do not confuse users about your relationship to Tenant.

7. Taxes, compliance, and records

You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for keeping records related to your affiliate activity. You must also follow any applicable laws that govern marketing, disclosure, and payments in your location.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate access, commissions, or approval if we detect misuse, fraud, policy breaches, or other risk to the program or platform.

9. Relation to the main platform terms

These affiliate terms apply in addition to the main Tenant Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict for affiliate activity, these affiliate terms control.
